Where do you ship to?

Our products are currently available just in Europe.

How long will it take to get my package?

All orders are shipped from Madrid on Fridays, excluding holidays, once payment is approved.

How much are the shipping costs?

The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost depending on the volume, weight and destination of the products purchased.


What payment methods are accepted?

Paypal and credit/debit card.

Is buying online safe?

Yes. All payments are made via Paypal.

I haven’t received any email after shopping.

Some e-mail services incorrectly flag emails as spam. Please check your spam folders first. If you don’t find it there, send us an email.

I have not yet received my delivery, although the stated delivery time has passed.

Send us an email with your order number and we will solve it as soon as possible. 

I would like to return an item.

Of course you can return your order, but always if the product is returned to us in its original condition within 15 days of receipt. For further information and details on how to return items, please send us an email.
